Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return.
2. Package the product securely, including the original receipt.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping fees may apply.

Refunds:
Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. If you opt for an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement once the original item is received.
